A Herend Rothschild Bird cachepot in the maker's signature hand-painted pattern — bird pairs on flowering branches with scattered butterflies across the exterior, and a small hidden detail inside: painted ladybugs and moths on the interior base. Gilt scroll handles carry crisp, unworn dentil detailing. The piece is in pristine condition throughout, with no chips, cracks, or repairs anywhere on the body.

This is Herend's shape 7201/RO — a discontinued form no longer produced. An extensive search across Replacements Ltd., eBay, and WorthPoint turned up no listed or sold examples of this specific shape anywhere. Herend continues to produce other Rothschild Bird cachepots today, so this reflects genuine scarcity of the piece itself rather than any lack of demand for the pattern.
