Takahashi San Francisco Octagonal Imari-Style Plate, Chrysanthemum Medallions — Japan

A striking octagonal decorative plate in the Imari palette — dense black-and-gold trellis grounding sets off eight orange chrysanthemum-and-leaf cartouches around the rim, framing a matching central medallion. Made in Japan and distributed by Takahashi San Francisco, a well-known mid-to-late 20th-century importer of Japanese decorative giftware. Measures 7⅛" side to side, 7¾" point to point. Clean condition, no chips or cracks noted.
