Kaiser (Alboth & Kaiser) “Burgund” Cup and Saucer — Rust Floral with Gold Trim, Vintage German

A porcelain cup and saucer by Alboth & Kaiser of Bavaria in the Burgund pattern: sprays of rust and amber peonies and blossoms on white porcelain, with a gold rim, a gold-lined scroll handle, and a gently fluted saucer edged in gold.

Marked on the base with the blue underglaze AK monogram, the pattern name “Burgund” in gold, and the gilder’s initials “B.R.”

Condition: No chips or cracks; the gold trim is bright with no wear.
